CLASE is a TFT LCD Module inspection Equipment which is developed for using in TFT LCD Module manufacturing line. It has capability of supporting 4~7th Generation Module, in terms of resolution, power capability, additional function. It, also, has been designed for the operators to test conveniently by taking improved user-interface into consideration.
The construction of Software User Interface is identical to CLASE, and there is no need to be trained to familiarize to this new equipment.
This equipment is designed to be used in QA inspection as well as Final Inspection. It can supply maximum1,920 X 1,200 (FULL HD) resolution signal to LCD Module . It can also support 10bit Color Depth.
The equipment is composed with LCD signal generator, power supply unit, control PC, Interface for communication with HOST computer and enclosure for containing those.
All operation for inspection and collection of defect data can be done by 3button mouse only, that enables the operator to be familiarized in very short term. All test pattern is displayed on the monitor screen of the control PC as well as the LCD Module for easy recognition of the defect during inspection
